Your whole team, photographed in a day.
I bring the studio to your office. Everyone is lit the same way, which is what makes a team page read as one company rather than twelve people who each found their own photographer. The studio is in Jensen Beach and I work across the whole state of Florida.
What I need from you
A conference room or an empty office, roughly eight feet by ten. That’s enough for the backdrop, the lighting, and a little room to work in.
If your space is tighter than that, or an awkward shape, tell me anyway. I can make most rooms work, and I’d rather solve it beforehand than surprise either of us on the day.
How does the day run?
Setup takes about thirty minutes before the first person sits down. After that I need ten to fifteen minutes per person, often less once we find a rhythm.
That means people can come down in slots rather than lining up. Your team doesn’t have to leave the office, and the day keeps running while we work.
How do people choose their photo?
Each person picks their own favorite while they’re still with me, so nobody ends up with a photograph they had no say in.
At the end of the day I run those selections past whoever is coordinating, so management sees the full set before anything is final. Occasionally a director prefers a different frame, though in practice they nearly always go with what the team member chose.
How many people do you need, and how far do you travel?
On-location sessions start at five people. Below that, the studio is usually the better answer, and it’s a more comfortable room than most offices can offer.
I travel throughout Florida. If you’re outside the Treasure Coast, say where you are and I’ll factor it into the quote rather than leaving it as a surprise.
What does a team session cost?
Team work is priced as an on-location session fee plus a per-person rate. What that adds up to depends on headcount and where you are.
